It is of key importance that we never make plans based upon the advice of those who are not under the influence of the Ruach Ha'Qodesh. The people who are not being led by Holy Spirit are most likely being influenced by the fallen ones. I don't know about you, but I don't really think the fallen ones make very good decisions. They are definitely not trustworthy; they aren't even loyal to each other.
Summary
We need to avoid getting advice about anything from anyone who is not in tune with the Holy Spirit. The result will be Happiness!
